Personalized Health is a system that provides a customer with specific recommendations for vitamin and mineral supplements based on genetic testing and health questionnaires. The customer is guided through a dyanmic series of questions about their health history, lifestyle, and nutritional habits. Upon completion of this process, this system produces a list of recommended products considering the customers individual needs and allergies, product interactions, and dosage guidelines. The customer reviews and revises the product list and places and order, and a month's supply of the products is delivered in bottles or in a set of individual daily packets.
The CBS Solutions team played a key role in the development of this system, building software components for managing questionnaire content generating product recommendations, and interfacing with a third-party search engine.

A pharmaceutical company engaged CBS Solutions, Inc. to help scope and implement its proprietary ERP software system. Initially, CBS Solutions helped the company to determine the efforts required for the project based on as-is and to-be modeling. Next, teams were assembled to architect, implement, and deploy the solution. The project also required interfacing numerous tertiary systems with the new platform. The overall implementation team was approximately 150 people, and successfully went 'live' at the end of 2005.
A large multinational corporation faced company-mandated layoffs. The workload still existed regardless of the reduced staffing and knowledge transfer problems became immediate. CBS Solutions temporarily contracted teams of knowledgeable people to the corporation.
A pharmaceutical company experienced new software implementations and geographic-based consolidations. CBS Solutions helps numerous companies with recruitment efforts for IT and Management Personnel. In many cases, a company may elect to hire full-time employees as opposed to hiring a consulting firm - or may employ a combination of such entities. CBS Solutions utilizes its recruiters to assist companies in this capacity.
A large consumer product company trains employees how to identify, report, and prevent product defects. CBS Solutions built a web-based training application that mirrors such efforts, including image-based practice and quiz functionality. The application is positioned on the company’s intranet, and provides substantial supplemental training assistance. For example, a trainer may visit a plant and train 300 employees; 30 of which may require additional training and 40 more may have been unable to attend the initial session. The application provides such necessary follow-up training immediately. Additionally, the application is completely managed by the client - meaning all content including the practice images and quiz questions are loaded into the application and easily maintained by CBS Solutions’ client.
